Good day.
I am a new member from South Africa.
My current car is a Ford Kuga MK1 with the 2.5T 5-cylinder Volvo motor.
Its been great and 100% reliable. I love it to bits and wished I could buy a later model with less kilos on it, but it was discontinioud in 2013.
But, its mileage is not standing still. I am going on pension in 5 years time and would like to buy my last car and just maintain it till my last day on earth.

I love the looks of the Volvo XC40. Show me a more beautiful more sturdy looking car for the money.
But since Volvo already stopped selling the diesel version, I am concerned about its parts availability going forward, say 20 years plus from now.
Then it will also be impossible to sell it that time.
I so want to buy one, but I worry about parts availability long term.

Should I just go ahead and buy it, or is my concerns valid?
