T5 engine sound

[2019 XC40]

Hello! I'm a newbie here, but wanted to ask those of you with an XC40 T5, what you thought about the "buzzy" or "grainy" sound the engine gives off when accelerating. It has been noted in professional reviews as a negative attribute. Does it all bother or frustrate you? I'm on the fence of my attitude towards it, but it does seem to go away as quickly as the engine shifts. Maybe I'll just turn up the radio

Not sure I have noticed it on mine, but I do listen to my music "loud"

I really don’t think the reviewers know what they are talking about. Engine is fairly well composed.

Even with the radio off I don't notice anything significant about the engine sound.
